This blog is named: My Xin Le; where the first word My, is actually in english. Xin Le = Music of the heart (in mandarin).
So in complete translation: My heart-music!
The name of the blog, I feel, is perfect.
Why?
Because after receiving multiple requests and me being a bit intrigued by it, this blog is about the adventures the songs of my heart takes me.
I listen to my heart as much as I can, it has taken me to amazing places and given me wonderful experiences. Such as moving to Germany to study performing arts or when I moved to Melbourne in Australia to study Events Management.
This time I’m moving to Singapore and I can’t wait to start this blog to write about my experiences which could include:
- Me adapting to a new culture and society (It’s different from Sweden…)
- My pursue of a career within Event Management
- Exploring the city; food, drinks, shopping, scenery and people I’ll meet
- Finding accommodation
- How it’s like to be working there
- etc.
I’ll try to take pictures and update as much as I can. Hopefully this can be a fun, inspiring but also informational space for those who wants to do a similar thing, are interested in singapore or any other city, cause I’ll be bringing this with me then too and so forth.
